With April right around the corner, we have already started thinking about National Financial Literacy Month. Of course this is not the only time of the year we should spend attending to our personal finances, but it is a good reminder that financial security doesn’t just happen—it is a process.

With Mission Financial Solutions (MFS), Compass Rose Health Plan members can more effectively plan for their financial future. MFS offers plenty of articles—relevant to all different stages of life—as well as interactive tools to help provide answers to members’ financial and investment planning questions.

Starting in April, MFS will unlock more enhanced features to continue guiding members on their financial journey. One new section includes, “Ask Andrew”, where members can submit personalized questions and receive direct insight and advice from Certified Financial Planner, Andrew Horowitz. Essentially, this is like having your own personal financial planner in your back pocket—but without the expensive hourly fees.

Also making their debut next month—a series of financial calculators! With full access, members can calculate their next move and feel better equipped to make good financial decisions. Whether it is choosing between renting or buying a house or figuring out how much you need to save for retirement, these intuitive calculators will help provide great insights.

You don’t have to wait until April to reap the financial benefits available from Mission Financial Solutions. Since time is money, why not start planning today? If you are a Compass Rose Health Plan member, you can access these new features and more through your Member Portal. To login, visit member.compassrosebenefits.com, or to sign-up visit www.compassrosebenefits.com/Register.
